Crucifist

So Circle of Dead Children can't make it to Maryland Death Fest this year due to their drummer not being able to make it. So they've been replaced by Crucifist! They're from Rochester, New York and play a mix of thrashy-old school-blackened-metal with some of the coolest vocals I've heard in a while. I feel like the crypt keeper or some zombie ghost is doing the vocals. Very different stuff here that will appease fans of thrash and old school death metal and black metal. I do wish I were able to see Circle of Dead Children, but this however, is not a bad replacement by far. So head over to www.marylanddeathfest.com and pick up your tickets today! Enjoy!
