Absurd

So here's some more Black Metal... this time from Germany. These guys have quite the background, supposedly back in the day (under a different name) they killed some kid in a shack by strangling him with an extension chord. Holy shit! You can read more about that here. So I dunno how the lineup changed but some of them are out now and have re-recorded older songs and compiled them with some new on this record. The vocals range from clean to black metal shrieks and it's half German half English. They kind of remind me of Thyrfing but without the keyboards and not as fast... So enjoy this unique record and please don't cry about this band having killed someone... I don't care, they still rock. Vince Neil killed someone and people think he rocks even though he's out of shape and Tommy Lee has Hepatitis C. Enjoy!

Before we get into things, let there be something said on behalf of Poonangular... we don't really care what the music is about sometimes and this next band may be national socialists black metal (or nazi metal)... but it doesn't necessarily reflect us as a blog. We feel that music can be about anything, our like of it has to deal with it's actual sound and believe that if it's good it's good and if it's bad it's bad. People that listen to rap music aren't drug dealers... mainly because a majority of rap fans are white suburban kids.... but you get our point. Keep a level mind on this and realize that if you don't like what's said then it doesn't matter because it's in Russian and even if it was in English you wouldn't be able to understand the high pitched psychotic screams anyway, so keep your tears to a minimum.

M8L8TH are from Russian and play an awesome take on experimental black metal, definitely something different than most black metal out there. Enjoy!
